I am a computational genomics scientist in the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Chicago. I work in the group of Matthew Stephens to develop Bayesian machine learning methods for high-dimensional data. I code, write equations and solve problems which interest and/or annoy me, often learning new skills along the way.
Earlier, I worked at the Max Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences, Göttingen with Johannes Söding. I completed my Ph.D at the Indian Institute of Science supervised by Biman Bagchi.
